selection. Upload a high resolution image for any inventory item with a mouse click
- Canopy will automatically create high quaility copies in various sizes, including
thumbnails for search results. Finding the items that you are looking for is easy
using one of the many search tools provided, including
tags.
Record sales information easily, generate reports,
maintain a calendar of shows and exhibitions, and selectively

When you have thousands of records (or more!), quickly and easily locating the one
your looking for is a must. Canopy Art System provides many ways to locate the item
that your looking for. Search options include auto-complete text boxes, advanced
search options, tag clouds and multi-tag searches. For auto-completion, just start
typing the artist name, or vendor, inventory item, etc. and a list of results will
be presented as you type.
Apply an unlimited number of tags, including tags consisting of more than one word,
to any customer or inventory item. You define the tag name (for example, "landscape")
simply by typing in an auto-complete box. To select an existing tag, just select
in from the suggestion list, otherwise click Add to create the new tag and assign
it - that's it! A tag cloud is built for you to easily search on that tag later
- just click the tag to get a list of items with the selected tag!
Record sales information by selecting a customer, items, additional costs and terms.
Just click the receipt link to generate a receipt including picture and addtional
information specified. Flexible interface allows payments over time, user defined
additional costs (including shipping), calculates tax and totals and more!
Powerful tool allows you to generate various reports reflecting sales, inventory,
customer activity, mailing labels, and much much more. Create and save specific filters on reports
for easy re-use and modify the filter on screen and re-run the report immediately.
